You have numerous options when it comes to AI tools, but finding them isn’t always easy. Thanks to AI tool directories, you can just search for the right tools to fit your needs. Search through thousands of free and premium AI models and chatbots in seconds.
1. There’s An AI For That
The aptly named There’s An AI For That proves there’s an AI tool for just about any task. The homepage features the latest additions, or check out what’s trending. If you’ve created a free account, look at the For You section to see suggested tools based on your actions on the site.
What makes this one of the best AI tool directories is you can also search for AI events, jobs, and news. For the tools themselves, search by task, character, agent, and more. If you want to stay on top of the latest additions, I’d suggest signing up for the free newsletter.
2. Futurepedia
At Futurepedia, AI is the future and the site serves as one of the top AI tool directories to help you stay on top AI trends. The homepage features 10 categories, ranging from productivity to audio generation.
While the platform is designed for businesses, I had no trouble finding a variety of tools for personal use as well. What’s unique about this site, though, are the tutorials. You don’t just get a bunch of tools and you have to figure out the rest. Check out the AI for Business and AI Courses sections to learn more. Please note, courses aren’t free, but there is a free trial.
With over 19,000 tools at the time of writing, it’s hard not to find something that works for you at TopAI.tools. Search based on your task or need. Or, browse using some of the provided filters, such as open source AI tools, free AI tools, and AI use case.
Create a free account to save suggestions, get personalized results, and even create collections to share with others. As we all know, premium AI tools aren’t cheap. So, check the Deals section regularly to score deep discounts.
4. AIxploria
Explore thousands of AI tools on AIxploria. It has one of the best search tools out of the AI tool directories listed here. Other than a general search, you can filter your results by category, verified, and cost (free, freemium, premium, and free trial). I found it easier to filter down my results on here.
Another area where AIxploria shines are the free tutorials. Video tutorials ranging from 10-15 minutes to over an hour show you how to use numerous popular tools. There’s also a Bonus & Extras page under the More menu that provides news, more tutorials, and live events.
5. AI Hustle
Have a side hustle? Then, check out AI Hustle. Unlike other AI tool directories mainly focused on larger businesses, this directory is all about helping simplify side hustles. As we all know, trying to do something extra with a full time job isn’t easy. So, search for tools to save time, while still building a side business.
The downside is there are just over 100 tools listed here. This does make it easier to see all your options, but you may have trouble finding more niche AI tools here. Check out the AI Hustle blog to dive deeper into how to use various tools and which ones are best for different tasks.
With over 10,000 AI tools, you’ll definitely find something to help you out at SearchTools.AI. The directory features over 200 categories. I didn’t even realize there were that many categories of AI tools available. I’d suggest sticking with a general search and then using the filters to narrow down results by popularity, price, content type, users, and platform availability.
You’re not just limited to AI tools here. Search for GPTs and AI apps as well. I do recommend being careful when clicking links as this site also lists NSFW options. But, you can filter those out when searching.
The name says it all. AI Tools Directory lists hundreds of AI tools curated specifically for small business owners, bloggers, writers, musicians, artists, and entrepreneurs. While it doesn’t have as many categories as SearchTools.AI, it is easy to filter results by the over 30 categories along with pricing.
If you want to learn more about AI and the best tools for your needs, sign up for the free newsletter. I’d recommend the blog, but it doesn’t seem to be actively maintained.
Remember, you’re not limited to ChatGPT. For students looking to boost productivity, check out these must-have AI tools. Or, if you just need some AI tools to simplify your daily life, try these options.
