“Agent 3.0 is about more than upgrading our tools — it’s about redefining how we support our agents,” said Gene Rebadow, executive vice president of agency operations. “Our team is translating agent feedback into actionable innovation that solves real business problems.
“That includes co-developing tools like E-remit and providing open access to the same playbooks and platforms that power WFG’s own operations. This is real partnership in action.”
New AI leader spearheads project
The company’s AI, Automations & Technology Solutions team — led by Senior Director of Innovation and AI Ryan Ozonian — is driving much of the development.
Ozonian joined WFG earlier this month to expand technology use across its divisions, with a focus on tools that improve speed, accuracy and efficiency for title agents.
“AI and automation are changing the way industries operate, and WFG is at the forefront of bringing that transformation to title and real estate services,” Ozonian said. “Everything we’re developing is based on real agent input. Our ATS Team is working hand-in-hand with agents to design tools that are practical, impactful, and aligned with their daily needs.”
Payment, reconciliation, marketing
One of the first products developed under the Agent 3.0 program is E-remit, a payment and reconciliation platform created with input from WFG’s Agent 3.0 Advisory Group.
“We’re not building in a vacuum,” Rebadow said. “We’re working with agents from the ground up, and it shows in the final product. That’s the Agent 3.0 way.”
The program also offers access to seven support areas, including marketing assistance, operational support, fraud prevention and technology applications.
“This is more than a technology upgrade — it’s a cultural reset,” Rebadow said. “Agent 3.0 reflects our belief that the future of this industry belongs to those who can collaborate, adapt and lead through innovation.”
Jaime Johnson — vice president and director of Agent 3.0 — said the program is intended to work for title agencies at different stages of growth.
“WFG’s Agent 3.0 platform is structured to meet agents wherever they are in their business lifecycle,” Johnson said. “Whether launching a new title agency, expanding rapidly, or optimizing a mature operation, Agent 3.0 delivers tiered, scalable support tailored to each agency’s unique needs.”
Last week WFG announced the hire of title industry veteran Lisa Tyler to its executive team. Tyler will serve as WFG’s senior vice president of national development, traveling across the country to engage with WFG teams, agents and customers, as she works to drive WFG’s national expansion.
